Support card creation and asset management for the 2025/2026 season: maintain player data sheets, import data, create/export card samples, manage jerseys and ticket allocations, and assist marketing, partnership, and administrative projects.

Provide empathetic support to players via ticketing platform, investigate account and gameplay issues, escalate complex cases, identify bugs and player pain points, and share feedback with Product and Engineering to improve the player experience.
