Design, architect and deliver iOS features used by hundreds of thousands of users. Lead complex projects end-to-end, collaborate with PMs, designers and backend engineers, own metrics and outcomes, prioritize security, performance and maintainability, and help shape mobile strategy.

Provide empathetic support to players via ticketing platform, investigate account and gameplay issues, escalate complex cases, identify bugs and player pain points, and share feedback with Product and Engineering to improve the player experience.

Provide high-volume, empathetic player support via Zendesk; investigate account issues, escalate and document complex cases, identify recurring problems, and drive automation and AI improvements with Product and Engineering to reduce tickets and improve CSAT.
