Plans, designs, executes, and documents manual and automated software tests. Maintains test cases and documentation, analyzes and tracks defects, evaluates quality and release readiness, and collaborates with customers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders. Contributes to acceptance criteria, QA strategies, testing process improvements, and release planning in agile or traditional environments. Fluent German and good English are required.

Develops and leads verification and validation testing for autonomous vehicle systems and vehicle-level interfaces. Responsibilities include creating automated CAPL and ROS2 tests, validating perception, planning, control, takeover, and minimal-risk maneuver functions, configuring network simulations, analyzing logs and traces, performing fault injection in SIL/HIL and vehicle environments, and conducting root-cause analysis. The role also supports requirements clarification, client technical discussions, system integration, test strategy, and mentoring V&V engineers.

Perform verification activities for embedded FPGA aerospace and defense systems, including artifact reviews, test development, simulation, integration, target hardware, and Hardware-in-the-Loop testing. Ensure compliance with DO-254 and AC 20-152A objectives, maintain requirements traceability, investigate verification findings, and communicate technical status. Requires an engineering-related bachelor's degree, knowledge of VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python, strong analytical skills, and U.S. citizenship.
