Requires strong expertise in FP&A, sales finance, GTM metrics, channel economics, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic decision-making in technology-driven environments.

Leads Americas Sales Finance and serves as a strategic advisor to senior sales leadership. Owns topline growth, P&L oversight, annual planning, forecasting, headcount, quota capacity, commissions, pricing, renewals, and investment allocation. Builds financial models, analyzes sales performance and channel economics, guides commercial decisions, and improves finance operating processes. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and global teams to drive alignment, accountability, and profitable growth.

Manage customer and partner renewals by analyzing contracts, engaging stakeholders, resolving issues, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with sales, finance, customer success, and product teams. The role also involves improving renewal processes, identifying automation opportunities, maintaining accurate communications, and optimizing revenue from existing customers.
