Investigate escalated security alerts and incidents across endpoint, network, cloud, and identity environments. Analyze ransomware, malware, scripts, authentication activity, logs, and attacker behavior; conduct threat hunts; correlate EDR, SIEM, cloud, and identity data; document findings; recommend remediation; support detection tuning and response playbooks. Participate in a 24/7/365 rotational MDR schedule and collaborate with senior analysts on complex incidents.

Own Sophos’s global lead lifecycle strategy from initial engagement through revenue. Develop behavior-driven nurture and buying journeys, optimize lead scoring, qualification, routing, recycling, and funnel conversion, and connect prospect behavior with account intent signals. Partner with Growth Marketing, ABX, SDR, Sales, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations teams. Analyze lifecycle KPIs, conduct testing, improve pipeline outcomes, and apply AI and automation to personalization and journey orchestration.

Leads Sophos’s global total rewards strategy, including executive compensation, equity, base and variable pay, recognition, benefits, analytics, and automation. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and HR Systems; manages global regulatory and market considerations; prepares Board materials; and builds a global Total Rewards team. The role requires strategic leadership alongside hands-on program design and delivery across multiple countries.
