Governs enterprise IT Change Management and Configuration Management processes, including CAB coordination, change reviews, post-implementation reviews, CMDB governance, CI lifecycle management, service mapping, data-quality audits, reporting, compliance, and continual improvement. The role partners with technical teams, business stakeholders, auditors, and managed service providers to improve change success, CMDB accuracy, operational risk management, and ITSM process effectiveness.

Maintains enterprise CMDB data quality, configuration items, ownership, lifecycle status, and relationships. Supports CI onboarding, reconciliation, discovery integrations, reporting, data-quality remediation, audits, governance, and related ITSM processes. Collaborates with application, infrastructure, and technology teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain documentation, improve process consistency, and ensure accurate configuration data.

Leads complex cybersecurity investigations from detection through recovery, serving as incident commander for high-severity incidents. Investigates ransomware, identity compromise, phishing, insider threats, data exposure, cloud incidents, and other advanced threats. Coordinates technical and business stakeholders, conducts digital forensics, improves incident response playbooks and automation, mentors analysts, and provides executive-ready risk recommendations.
