Coordinates digital asset intake, organization, metadata, repository maintenance, clip pulls, delivery tracking, Airtable records, user access support, documentation, reporting, and marketing operations initiatives. The role maintains accurate, searchable, secure asset repositories, monitors requests and deadlines, supports workflow testing and rollouts, and escalates technical, rights, or approval issues to appropriate teams.

Supports Sony Pictures’ Global Creative Content team by adapting film and television content for digital and marketing channels, assisting with on-set production and material acquisition, reading scripts and preparing story breakdowns, and handling general administrative tasks. The intern gains experience in creative production, editing, post-production workflows, visual storytelling, and entertainment marketing.

Lead end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research for global theatrical releases, synthesize insights into strategic marketing recommendations, manage vendors and budgets, oversee tracking and forecasting, present to senior stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and drive research methodology and reporting improvements. Occasional travel may be required.
