Provides administrative and production support to two animation directors by managing calendars, meetings, communications, creative materials, travel, expenses, and follow-up. Acts as a liaison among directors, producers, studio departments, and external contacts while handling confidential information. Supports creative research, meeting logistics, presentations, screenings, recording sessions, and studio events in a fast-paced filmmaking environment.

Supports social and digital campaigns for animated films, series, and studio channels. Manages content calendars, publishing, asset coordination, community engagement, trend monitoring, event coverage, and collaboration with creative teams, filmmakers, agencies, and publicity partners. Develops platform-specific copy, tracks campaign performance, maintains organized project records, and helps identify storytelling opportunities across social channels. Requires strong organization, creativity, writing skills, discretion, and flexibility to work outside standard hours for key events.

Develops and executes publicity campaigns for animated films and series, manages media relationships, drafts press materials, coordinates interviews and events, prepares talent and filmmakers, tracks coverage and trends, and collaborates with digital, social, studio, distribution, and agency partners. The role manages multiple campaigns, deadlines, calendars, and travel logistics while identifying compelling stories and publicity opportunities.
