Supervise post-production for a feature animation project by managing schedules, budgets, meetings, vendors, facilities, finishing workflows, and delivery of post-production elements. Coordinate filmmakers, producers, executives, sound and music teams, distribution partners, and internal delivery departments. Monitor progress, resolve issues, shift priorities, negotiate facility rates, and ensure accurate, timely completion of all deliverables.

Creates storyboard panels from scripts to visualize animation sequences, including action, acting, camera placement, pacing, humor, and continuity. Pitches ideas to creative leadership, revises boards, resolves story and structure issues, and maintains the show’s visual style. Supervises the story team by participating in interviews, recommending hires, and providing artist feedback.
