Lead UX research across the software development lifecycle: design and run qualitative and quantitative studies (usability tests, interviews, surveys, card sorts, field research), analyze and communicate findings to inform UI design, collaborate with UX, product, and development teams in agile, and produce study plans and reports.

Design and develop ETL solutions using Talend and DataStage for data warehousing and BI. Work with Teradata/Oracle, perform data design and architecture, support Big Data integrations (Hadoop, Pig, Hive, Sqoop), and collaborate in global delivery across Retail/CPG/Logistics domains.

Develop and deliver automotive infotainment and telematics software across platforms (QNX, GENIVI, Automotive Linux, Microsoft Auto). Implement Java/J2EE, web services, front-end and mobile features; build web apps with Struts2/HTML5/CSS/jQuery/JSON. Participate in SDLC, design and architecture reviews, and global delivery with cross-functional teams.
