Provide business process consulting and technical architecture for JDA SCPO modules (Demand, Fulfillment, Master Planning). Perform PL/SQL development, support JDA batch and FTP jobs, maintain and administer the application (searches, option sets, DB refresh, analyze job failures), implement custom batch scripts, handle JDA technical upgrades, and convert requirements into technical designs.

Implement and configure Oracle MDM 2.x for utilities: design requirements, OUAF and SmartGrid Gateway integration, VEE and billing determinant setups, exception management, workflows, scripting, and deployments while supporting large-scale enterprise environments and consulting engagements.

Implement and support JDA Allocation, Demand, Fulfillment and Enterprise Planning modules; integrate solutions, perform fit/gap analysis, provide technical leadership, coordinate with customers and offshore teams, and deliver training, troubleshooting, and process improvements for supply chain planning.
