Manages plant administrative functions including payroll, HR support, personnel records, accounting coordination, purchasing, supplier invoices, maintenance tracking, reporting, inventory, and office operations. Supports recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, process improvement, month-end closing, and plant budgeting while coordinating with corporate HR and accounts payable teams.

Provides engineering support for paper mill manufacturing, focusing on process optimization, troubleshooting, safety, quality, reliability, waste reduction, and continuous improvement. Leads Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, capital projects, process trials, equipment commissioning, and start-up activities. Develops process controls, operating procedures, technical documentation, training, and corrective actions while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, vendors, and plant leadership.

Operates the scale system, processes inbound and outbound loads, prepares tickets and receipts, maintains customer, vendor, shipment, inventory, production, and regulatory records, and supports office operations. The role handles phone and email inquiries, coordinates supplies, assists drivers and vendors, and follows safety and environmental requirements in an industrial setting.
