Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on production, utility, and facility equipment. Install and maintain auxiliary equipment, troubleshoot and repair machinery, assist and train maintenance staff, manage small equipment projects, and collaborate across teams to support safety, quality, and timely product shipment.

Supervise and coordinate the plant electrical maintenance team, plan and estimate electrical jobs, perform troubleshooting and repairs on control and power systems, execute PMs, manage inventory and dispatches, ensure safety and SQF compliance, and provide technical training and procedure improvements.
