Own strategic account plans and profitable growth for tissue and towel packaging customers. Lead technical-commercial relationships, pricing, margin management, forecasting, commercial agreements, and account analytics. Partner with engineering, quality, operations, technology, supply chain, procurement, and finance to develop and commercialize products, resolve technical or commercial issues, and deliver customer value. The remote role is based in Southern California and requires at least 50% travel throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Perform various manual tasks in the manufacture of cardboard tubes, with or without simple computerized equipment. Work rotating shifts (day/evening/night/weekends), follow safety procedures, adapt to changing tasks, use metric measurements, and collaborate with the production team.

Coordinate and promote facility safety programs to reduce accidents and ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct audits and inspections, implement corrective actions, interface with hourly and salaried employees, maintain corporate safety initiatives, and support day-to-day safety operations in a manufacturing recycling plant.
