Coordinates direct sales activities for existing and prospective accounts across Quebec and Ontario. Develops account plans, manages sales pipelines, forecasts revenue, recommends pricing, monitors margins and market activity, promotes products, builds customer relationships, and resolves complaints. The role requires prospecting, new business development, account coordination, packaging industry knowledge, bilingual French and English communication, and travel.

Provides office administration and plant support, including phone and visitor reception, mail distribution, document filing, safety tracking, meeting and training coordination, inventory participation, freight scheduling backup, employee onboarding, personnel file maintenance, attendance and payroll tracking, office supply management, purchasing, and invoice processing.

Manage site-level quality management system, testing and reporting. Lead customer issue resolution, corrective actions, fiber certification and food safety compliance, supplier quality improvements, change control, continuous improvement (Lean), and maintain quality records and specifications.
