Administers HR compliance programs, including mandatory training, policy acknowledgments, I-9 compliance, drug testing, contingent workforce processes, status changes, audits, and employment records. Prepares compliance reports, monitors employment law updates, supports unemployment claims and legal requests, and coordinates corrective actions and process improvements. Requires strong organization, confidentiality, HR systems proficiency, and knowledge of employment regulations.

Leads global Technology Operations, including end-user support, ITSM, endpoint and mobile management, Microsoft 365, identity, enterprise applications, asset and vendor management. Oversees service delivery, incidents, staffing, budgets, governance, security controls, lifecycle management, automation, and continual improvement. Manages distributed teams and Pune GCC resources, develops operational standards, supports executive escalations, and reports on service performance, risks, costs, and capacity.

Owns enterprise network reliability, security, operations, and continuous improvement across corporate, manufacturing, field, internet, remote-access, and cloud environments. Designs and supports LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, Azure and AWS networking, and hybrid connectivity. Leads incident response, change management, lifecycle maintenance, documentation, automation, vendor coordination, and network projects. Partners with cybersecurity, platform engineering, application teams, and business stakeholders while participating in on-call and occasional travel requirements.
