Supervise the hotel front desk and guest services team during assigned shifts. Train, mentor, schedule, and evaluate front desk agents; oversee check-in and check-out procedures; resolve guest complaints; ensure adherence to hospitality standards; manage payroll budgets; and support concierge, bell, valet, and ski valet operations. Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
