Drive new business and account growth for SONIFI hospitality technology solutions across Canada. Prospect hotel owners, operators, and management companies; manage leads through contract execution; develop relationships; recommend tailored solutions; prepare proposals and pricing; resolve technical questions with internal teams; and meet sales, revenue, margin, renewal, and customer acquisition targets. The role is field-based, quota-carrying, and requires travel throughout Canada and occasionally the USA.

Defines solution architectures, technical standards, and technology direction for healthcare software products. Leads complex design decisions, evaluates AWS and integration technologies, promotes scalable microservices and event-driven architectures, and oversees performance, security, compliance, and reliability. Partners with Product, Program Management, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams to guide implementation and governance. Mentors engineers, documents architectural decisions, supports integrations, and provides technical leadership without direct people management.
