Lead a team developing next-generation firewall and network security components. Provide hands-on technical leadership in C/C++ for high-performance, multi-threaded systems; manage sprint planning, hiring, mentoring, architecture reviews, production troubleshooting, and cross-team integration with QA, DevOps, and Product to ensure timely, secure deliveries.

Lead strategy, development, and delivery of network management platforms (firewall, switching, wireless). Build and mentor global engineering teams, drive AI-assisted development, enforce quality/reliability standards, establish CI/CD and DevSecOps, and deliver metric-driven, scalable software while partnering with product and stakeholders.

Lead test strategy and quality sign-off for SonicOS components. Architect and maintain automation frameworks and pipelines, drive automation-first regression, perform system/integration/upgrade testing, triage defects, mentor engineers, and ensure release readiness and quality metrics.
