Improve reliability, performance, and observability; tune databases and services; troubleshoot network issues; identify architectural bottlenecks; and support on-call response for public-facing systems. Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams on feature impacts, resilient architecture, and operational runbooks.

Drive sales growth among existing customers and channel partners through renewals, subscription attachment, cross-selling, pipeline development, forecasting, and consultative solution presentations. Manage customer and partner communications, sales opportunities, escalations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting Installed Base initiatives and improving customer outcomes.

Lead strategy, roadmap, technical requirements, integrations, and go-to-market enablement for SonicWall’s Cloud Secure Edge platform. Own product direction across ZTNA, SSE, SASE, SWG, CASB, and VPN capabilities while partnering with engineering, customers, MSPs, sales, marketing, and executives. Analyze market needs, competition, compliance requirements, and product metrics to drive adoption, retention, and revenue.
