Lead strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and lifecycle management for SonicWall’s SD-WAN and SASE secure connectivity platform. Define product requirements, prioritize engineering work, analyze competitors, engage customers and partners, and support go-to-market activities. The role integrates networking, firewall, cloud security, and management capabilities while serving SMB, enterprise, and managed service provider markets.

Develop and maintain automated testing and scalable backend services for firewall and security products. Build Python applications using Django and Flask, contribute to Vue.js frontend development, optimize PostgreSQL databases, and support cloud or virtualized environments such as OpenStack. The role requires ownership of test strategy, debugging, API and system integration work, and strong networking and cybersecurity knowledge.

Lead the architecture, development, and global scaling of SonicWall’s cloud-native Security Service Edge platform. Define the engineering roadmap, build and mentor teams in India, establish architectural and quality standards, and promote secure-by-design practices. Partner with Product Management on ZTNA, SWG, CASB, policy engines, traffic inspection, analytics, and identity integrations. Recruit engineering talent and drive operational rigor for a globally deployed SaaS security platform.
