Lead test strategy and quality sign-off for SonicOS components. Architect and maintain automation frameworks and pipelines, drive automation-first regression, perform system/integration/upgrade testing, triage defects, mentor engineers, and ensure release readiness and quality metrics.

Design, develop, and maintain backend cloud-native services using Python and Go. Build REST and gRPC APIs, integrate AWS services via boto3, deploy microservices with Docker/Kubernetes/EKS, handle large-scale telemetry and distributed databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis, Kafka), implement secure communications (mTLS, JWT), and collaborate across distributed Agile teams.

Lead design and implementation of cloud-native and on-prem Go microservices for network security management. Define architecture, mentor engineers, build REST/gRPC APIs, implement mTLS/PKI, ensure secure SDLC (OWASP), instrument observability (OpenTelemetry/New Relic/OpenSearch), and operate services on AWS/EKS and Kubernetes with feature/security parity across deployments.
