Develop routing, addressing, DHCPv6, NDP, packet-processing, VPN, NAT64, and policy features; ensure IPv4/IPv6 parity, RFC conformance, interoperability, and performance. Diagnose complex protocol issues, evaluate transition technologies, support government compliance, and collaborate across engineering and QA teams.
