Handles inbound and outbound customer calls, promotes Sonic internet products and services, supports business growth, and identifies retention opportunities. Provides courteous, consultative service using sales support tools while communicating with technical and non-technical customers. Maintains product knowledge, confidentiality, professionalism, attendance, and performance in a fast-paced office environment.

Perform door-to-door outside sales to connect prospective customers with Sonic Internet products, apply product knowledge to meet needs, expand customer base, provide customer service, and track performance against team metrics. Commission-based role with training and support.

Manage day-to-day general ledger accounting and period-end close, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, ensure US GAAP compliance, support financial statement preparation and audits, lead or develop accounting staff, strengthen internal controls, drive process improvements, partner cross-functionally, and perform special projects and ad-hoc analysis.
