Performs warehouse logistics operations, including receiving, shipping, RMA processing, inventory control, cycle counting, order picking, packaging, and ERP/WMS data entry. Maintains warehouse organization and safety, operates material-handling equipment, and coordinates with carriers and internal teams. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, ERP/WMS experience, and several years of warehouse and shipping-and-receiving experience.

Manage day-to-day general ledger accounting and period-end close, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, ensure US GAAP compliance, support financial statement preparation and audits, lead or develop accounting staff, strengthen internal controls, drive process improvements, partner cross-functionally, and perform special projects and ad-hoc analysis.

Drives consumer fiber sales within apartment, condo, and multi-dwelling communities across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include door-to-door prospecting, securing new orders, coordinating property events and installations, tracking activities in Salesforce and Directly, distributing marketing materials, reporting results, and increasing building take rates. The role requires frequent fieldwork, daily sales activity, customer communication, and travel throughout the Peninsula Area.
