Supervise the project closeout team and oversee completion of notifications, pole-owner inspections, construction corrections, as-built records, GIS updates, document control, invoicing, and change orders. Track closeout performance in Jira, resolve issues, report aging and cycle times, maintain training and process documentation, and ensure timely final acceptance. Lead staffing, scheduling, coaching, performance management, vendor coordination, and quality-control activities while supporting day-to-day closeout work.

Provides inbound and outbound phone-based sales and customer service for Sonic products and services. Uses sales support tools to answer inquiries, recommend offerings, drive customer acquisition, support fiber network expansion, and improve retention and satisfaction. Works in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining professionalism, learning product updates, and meeting performance expectations.

Leads SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance functionality, including FI, CO, RAR, and Asset Accounting, while supporting supply chain and project processes. Manages security, workflows, integrations, reporting, testing, quarterly releases, documentation, and system optimization. Partners with finance, IT, operations, users, and external consultants to translate business requirements into configurations, lead enhancement projects, improve processes, manage vendors, and drive adoption and training.
