Respond to customer billing and account inquiries via phone and email; process payments, credits, transfers, cancellations and service turndowns; educate customers on Sonic tools; maintain accurate notes and prioritize tasks while delivering high-quality customer service.

The MDU Growth Specialist is responsible for driving sales by securing new fiber orders from multi-dwelling units, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with property managers.

Perform door-to-door sales to connect prospective customers with the companys internet products. Apply product knowledge to meet customer needs, expand and network a customer base, provide consultative customer service, and track performance against team metrics. Meet monthly sign-up targets and use company CRM/tools to record activity.
