Supports dealership accounting and financial operations, including financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, inventory accounting, cash management, reconciliations, closing, audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting. Leads dealership Finance and Insurance operations, overseeing financing, leasing, lender relationships, deal structuring, profitability metrics, compliance, and customer experience. Manages and develops F&I and sales teams through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Ensures ethical sales practices, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and strong financial results while partnering with dealership leadership to improve gross profit, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.
