Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing showroom operations, structuring deals, overseeing inventory and pricing, monitoring KPIs, resolving customer concerns, ensuring compliance, and recruiting, coaching, and developing sales personnel and managers.

Sell vehicles while meeting dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction targets. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying customers, delivering consultative sales experiences, closing deals, managing follow-up and finance referrals, maintaining CRM records, and complying with dealership processes. The role is full time, requires weekend availability, and includes customer relationship management and post-sale satisfaction follow-up.
