Sell new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles to meet dealership profit, volume, and customer satisfaction goals. Qualify customer needs, demonstrate and deliver vehicles (including test drives), explain features/warranty/paperwork, maintain prospect and follow-up systems, collaborate with service/body shop, attend training, and follow company safety policies.

Support Sales Manager in running new and pre-owned motorcycle sales and F&I operations. Coach, motivate, and develop sales staff, ensure sales floor coverage, drive revenue from vehicles and finance/insurance/service products, and deliver a world-class customer experience while collaborating with other departments.
