Lead design and execution of commercial sales programs to drive revenue growth across Sonesta properties. Manage program technology engagement, training, budgets, cross-functional collaboration, group booking strategies, lead generation, and new business initiatives while ensuring program effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.

Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment, dishes, and work areas; monitor chemicals and temperatures; dispose of waste; support culinary team and promote guest-focused service.

Provide HR leadership and strategic partnership for two full-service hotels. Lead recruiting, employee engagement, compensation analysis, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, training, and complex employee/labor relations. Coach managers, conduct investigations, oversee HRIS and records, manage HR budget, and represent the hotel in union matters when applicable.
