Teams at Sonesta International Hotels Corporation

Manage and lead hotel engineering and maintenance teams across assigned properties. Oversee preventive maintenance, capital projects, budgeting, vendor management, audits, life/safety compliance, renovations, training, and performance of direct and indirect reports.

Manage and train the front desk team, oversee reservations and cash/credit security, operate Opera and Synxis, handle guest service and complaints, assist Front Office accounting/HR, drive room sales, and ensure compliance with laws and hotel standards.

Manage daily hotel operations across front desk, food & beverage, housekeeping and administration to ensure guest satisfaction, expense control, inventory management, staff training, AR/billing, month-end financial reporting, compliance, and service recovery while supporting sales and acting as manager on duty as needed.
