Teams at Sonesta International Hotels Corporation

Leads all financial operations for a full-service hotel, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, payroll oversight, audits, cash management, and compliance. Partners with hotel leadership and ownership to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and business performance. Oversees departmental financial planning, labor analysis, inventory controls, capital planning, and owner reporting while supervising and developing the finance team.

Supports new and converting hotels before and after opening by driving revenue development, sales activation, marketing and distribution readiness, and commercial execution. Conducts market assessments, develops sales plans and playbooks, coaches hotel teams, tracks critical-path deliverables, and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate revenue growth and performance stabilization. Requires up to 40% domestic and international travel.

Coordinates hotel sales and marketing activities, including client communication, proposals, CRM updates, reporting, social media, email marketing, promotional campaigns, events, trade shows, and marketing collateral. Supports sales leads, contracts, site tours, account records, revenue reporting, and cross-functional commercial initiatives while maintaining brand visibility and guest-focused communication.
