Supports aerospace engineering projects through technical documentation, research, data gathering, CAD drawing creation, simulations, analysis, project scheduling, quality inspections, and technical reviews. Provides administrative and technical documentation support while collaborating with engineering teams. Requires current enrollment in an aerospace, mechanical, or related engineering degree program, strong academics, CAD familiarity, analytical ability, teamwork, and communication skills.

Operates and sets up 3-axis CNC machining centers and conventional machines to produce aerospace parts. Reads blueprints and GD&T, monitors machining processes, performs in-process inspections, deburs and blends parts, completes paperwork, conducts daily machine maintenance, and maintains a safe, clean work area. Requires attention to detail, quality focus, teamwork, and reliable attendance.

Lead aerospace manufacturing programs and projects from planning through execution, tracking schedules, risks, financial margins, delivery, quality, and KPIs. Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, proposals, and production. Manage customer relationships and contract deviations when assigned, provide project status reporting, escalate complex issues, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical skills, leadership without formal authority, and experience managing international manufacturing projects.
