Configure and troubleshoot UK payroll setups (GL, pensions, RTI), collaborate with project and product teams, use AI tools for reconciliation and communications, and identify process improvements.

Own and scale half-hourly forecasting models for frontline workforce demand, lead end-to-end client launches (data validation, model selection, UAT, monitoring), join client calls, build stakeholder relationships, and maintain production ML systems that handle messy data and feedback loops.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-to-enterprise US frontline customers (Hospitality or Retail). Drive revenue, build executive relationships, forecast and manage pipeline, represent Sona at events, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer, and Product to refine onboarding and product-market fit.
