The role coordinates with stakeholders, guides offshore teams, maintains procedures and controls, and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Candidates should understand reinsurance practices, insurance systems, Excel, and Lloyd’s market operations. The position is fixed-term through 30 June 2027 and based in London.

Manage complex Cyber, Media, and Technology insurance claims from inception through resolution, analyzing coverage, liability, damages, exposures, and trends. Provide written assessments, resolve coverage questions, support underwriting and senior management, draft professional lines policy language, negotiate settlements, attend mediations, represent the company externally, and collaborate with global claims, underwriting, actuarial, and legal teams.

Leads Appian and UiPath development teams, setting platform roadmaps, overseeing solution delivery, managing projects, staffing, budgets, SLAs, metrics, architecture, integrations, testing, and support. The role provides hands-on design and development, mentors team members, partners with stakeholders and vendors, and drives automation, platform performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
