Manage and scale cloud and self-hosted deployments, support customer deployments, develop deployment CLI features, improve software delivery, and enhance reliability, performance, and security.

Develop and maintain production-quality embedded firmware for constrained ARM Cortex-M devices (C/C++ and Rust) on Zephyr/RTOS. Implement device drivers, communication stacks (satellite, LTE, Bluetooth, mesh), optimize power and real-time performance, support board bring-up and hardware validation, and build CI/CD, automated tests and HIL infrastructure. Contribute to secure boot and OTA update mechanisms and collaborate across teams for field deployments.

Lead mechanical design and manufacturing improvements for Somewear's Node and other products. Drive new product development from concept to production using CAD and prototyping, collaborate cross-functionally, support manufacturing partners, implement DFM/DFA, ensure IP68 waterproofing, and develop testing and validation protocols to guarantee performance and reliability.

Lead and establish QA strategy across mobile, web, and hardware platforms. Drive test automation, CI/CD integration, regression and release validation, root-cause analysis, and quality advocacy across engineering, operations, and stakeholders.

Lead system-level design and development of ground control and UxS capabilities, integrating GCS software, vehicle payloads, radios, and cloud services. Define requirements and interfaces, drive architecture, collaborate with hardware and software teams, support field deployments, and improve performance, reliability, security, and usability of end-to-end UxS workflows.

Lead development and submission of government proposals and manage contract lifecycle for federal awards. Coordinate cross-functional inputs, ensure solicitation compliance, support pricing and negotiations, track milestones and funding, and maintain organized contract records to enable smooth execution and reporting across programs.
