Lead schematic capture, PCB layout, prototype bring-up and validation for small battery-powered consumer satellite-connected devices. Collaborate with RF, firmware, mechanical teams and vendors, design test fixtures and production test jigs, perform power analysis and optimizations, implement factory QA/automation, troubleshoot field hardware issues, and iterate engineering standards to bring features from concept to production.

Own end-to-end firmware QA for embedded satellite hardware: design and build HIL test rigs, automate regression suites with Python, correlate logs across debug probes and device interfaces, define release validation gates, and scale QA processes for hardware products.

Design, implement, and validate embedded firmware for resource-constrained devices (ARM Cortex-M) using C/C++/Rust and Zephyr. Develop device drivers, communication stacks (satellite, LTE, Bluetooth, mesh), optimize power and real-time performance, support board bring-up and hardware debugging, and build CI/CD and HIL test infrastructure.
