Perform month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, manage GL accounting for eCommerce, tours and retail in QuickBooks/ERP, ensure GAAP-compliant revenue and expense recognition, assist CFO with budgeting and financial reporting, support year-end close and external audit, and manage select state tax registrations.

Manage and grow client relationships by communicating regularly, resolving issues, processing orders through ShipStation, coordinating shipping, negotiating rates, and collaborating with outside sales. Track and manage 20–100 open jobs, use data for forecasting and decisions, and maintain high quality, safety, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Operate and maintain screen printing presses to meet daily production goals; load/unload, remove tags, fold, bag, and prepare merchandise for shipping while ensuring quality, safety, and housekeeping. Learn standard operating procedures and collaborate with ink, art, and lead teams to minimize defects and meet counts.

Manage daily cash activity, enter credit card reports into the general ledger, reconcile accounts, prepare month-end journal entries and reports, research reconciling items, support audits and financial record documentation, and assist the e‑Comm Finance & Accounting Manager with GL analysis.
