Lead multiple client accounts end-to-end, owning relationships, SOWs, budgets, staffing, timelines and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams, drive project execution, report on performance, mentor junior staff, and identify growth and upsell opportunities while representing the agency to clients.

Manage day-to-day resourcing and operations for Spatial and Graphic Design teams. Plan and allocate designers, maintain project visibility and timelines, identify risks, coordinate reviews and approvals, improve studio processes, support cross-functional delivery, onboarding, and team utilization to enable high-quality creative output.

Lead strategic workstreams across brand, communications, experiential, content, and social from discovery through concept. Develop research plans, insights, strategic narratives, creative briefs and campaign platforms. Present recommendations, support workshops, mentor junior strategists and interns, recommend partnerships/creators, evolve strategy tools, and support new business and thought leadership.
