Manage day-to-day resourcing and operations for Spatial and Graphic Design teams. Plan and allocate designers, maintain project visibility and timelines, identify risks, coordinate reviews and approvals, improve studio processes, support cross-functional delivery, onboarding, and team utilization to enable high-quality creative output.

Lead production strategy and delivery across experiential, digital, content, and environmental projects. Oversee project planning, budgets, schedules, vendors, fabrication partners, and internal production teams. Build scalable systems, enforce quality assurance, improve workflows, manage financial performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to required quality standards.

The Creative Director leads integrated creative projects across various mediums, setting the vision and guiding teams to deliver cohesive and innovative brand experiences.
