Coordinate daily New York studio operations, including supplies, vendors, visitors, deliveries, maintenance, access, and equipment. Support team culture, onboarding, meetings, catering, calendars, travel, and leadership administration. Monitor inboxes, maintain contact databases, assist recruitment and freelancer onboarding, and support operational projects, systems, and troubleshooting. The role requires strong organization, initiative, communication, discretion, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a collaborative creative environment.

Lead people, culture, and operational strategy for a growing studio. Own recruitment (permanent and freelance), onboarding, learning and development, performance reviews, and scalable operational processes. Partner with leadership on organizational design, resource forecasting, change management, and people data to improve engagement, retention, and business performance. Oversee HR systems, compliance, benefits, and employee records.

The Spatial Designer brings ideas to life through design schematics and drawings, collaborating on immersive spatial experiences from concept to execution.
