Oversee multiple affordable housing communities and onsite property management teams. Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8, HOME, and Fair Housing requirements; maintain audit-ready records; support leasing, rent collection, maintenance, reporting, budgeting, and expense management; coach Property Managers; and promote resident satisfaction, safety, and operational consistency.

Oversee daily operations of an affordable housing community, including LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8, and Fair Housing compliance; leasing; certifications; resident relations; rent collection; reporting; vendor coordination; maintenance scheduling; budgeting; inspections; and team supervision. Maintain accurate, audit-ready records, address resident concerns and lease violations, support occupancy goals, use property management software, and follow emergency procedures.
