Supports daily IT operations, infrastructure administration, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and employee technology support for a community bank. Supervises and develops IT staff, coordinates technology projects, manages vendors and procurement, maintains servers and networks, responds to security incidents, supports audits, and develops documentation. The role also assists with budgeting, disaster recovery, business continuity, system implementations, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

Leads the bank’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, asset/liability management, capital and liquidity planning, accounting, regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance. Partners with executives and the Board, oversees financial models and reporting systems, supports profitability and balance-sheet optimization, and leads the finance and accounting team. Requires extensive banking finance experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and leadership capability.

Manages company-wide employee benefits and leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Advises employees and managers on benefit eligibility and leave issues, maintains related records, prepares documentation, and supports broader HR operations. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and effective employee counseling skills.
