Own retention, renewals, churn mitigation, and expansion for a portfolio of complex enterprise SaaS customers. Lead commercial negotiations, account planning, forecasting, risk mitigation, and growth initiatives involving payments and new messaging use cases. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Payments, Product, Marketing, Finance, and leadership to drive adoption, revenue retention, expansion ARR, and customer outcomes while maintaining accurate Salesforce data and forecasts.

Manage a ~50-account portfolio focused primarily on revenue retention and renewals, with secondary responsibility for account expansion via payments and new messaging use cases. Partner with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to identify at-risk accounts, execute retention plans, drive adoption, forecast renewals, and deliver measurable ARR outcomes.
