Support process development and scale-up from lab to pilot and commercial plants, design test equipment, provide operational engineering support, troubleshoot process upsets and equipment failures, and assist deployment of new technologies. Perform field walks, follow safety protocols, and collaborate across teams to improve productivity, cost, product scope, and safety performance.

Serve as the primary operator for legal operations, managing legal workflows, outside counsel, export control and regulatory coordination, entity governance, and government affairs support. Maintain tracking systems, manage billing and matter tracking, support ITAR/EAR compliance, and provide cross-functional project execution and reporting for the General Counsel and External Affairs team.

The Senior General Ledger Accountant oversees general ledger activities, manages close processes, prepares financial reports, and ensures compliance with accounting standards. This role supports inventory accounting and analyzes costs within the chemical manufacturing sector.
