Support process development and scale-up from lab to pilot and commercial plants, design test equipment, provide operational engineering support, troubleshoot process upsets and equipment failures, and assist deployment of new technologies. Perform field walks, follow safety protocols, and collaborate across teams to improve productivity, cost, product scope, and safety performance.

The Manager – Defense Business Operations & Partnerships will drive revenue through partnerships, manage operations, and support defense industry collaboration, including government engagement.
