Support evaluation, negotiation, and execution of solar and storage project acquisitions and financings. Build and audit complex financial models, assist with project financing, draft transactional documents, and manage consultants through closings.

Support management of solar and storage construction and operations: oversee contractors, review plans and change orders, liaise with EPCs/suppliers/property owners, prepare RFPs, approve pay applications, monitor project performance, ensure contract and regulatory compliance, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
