Lead regional B2B sales for photovoltaic, energy storage, and EV charging solutions in Thailand. Responsibilities include setting targets, developing market strategies, generating revenue, managing customer relationships, driving the full sales cycle, conducting product training, supporting marketing and order processing, and providing forecasts and pipeline updates. The role requires PV industry knowledge, strong relationship-building and analytical skills, effective deal-closing ability, and fluent Thai and business-level English.

Coordinates daily logistics, deliveries, shipments, inventory movements, job scheduling, and resource allocation. Liaises with suppliers, installers, contractors, warehouses, customers, and internal teams. Maintains operational records, reports, databases, CRM and ERP systems; monitors metrics, supports SOP improvements, handles office administration, ensures compliance, resolves inquiries, and identifies efficiency improvements.

Manage logistics documentation and systems, coordinate transportation across sea/air/land, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, support reporting, cost verification, and ad hoc shipment tasks while improving processes.

Support the Country Manager and sales team with order coordination, customer and service support, CRM maintenance, reporting, event logistics, and cross-functional operational improvements to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
