Lead Revenue Operations to drive revenue predictability and GTM productivity. Own planning, forecasting, territory design, KPI reporting, compensation/quota design, and sales enablement. Partner with GTM leadership and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership while also working hands-on with forecasting models and operational processes.

Maintain and enhance Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure 99.9% availability, optimize costs through automation, ensure scalability and performance, and maintain compliance with security standards (e.g., ISO 27001). Collaborate with dev and ops teams and support cloud-service CSAT goals.

Lead and manage a team delivering investment data through an SLA-driven pipeline. Build and maintain automation (Alteryx, Power Automate, Python), manage data feed integrations and document pipelines, perform extraction/mapping/enrichment and QA/QC across asset classes, track KPIs and SLAs, recruit and train staff, partner cross-functionally, and drive process improvements to increase automation and reduce manual work.
