Design, develop, integrate, and commission automated manufacturing equipment for solar cell and module production. Build control architectures, program PLCs and motion controllers, implement robotics and machine vision, ensure safety interlocks, troubleshoot electromechanical systems, support installation/qualification, document designs, and train operators while collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to improve throughput, yield, and reliability.

The Business Development Manager oversees commercial sales, builds relationships with customers, collaborates cross-functionally, and drives strategic partnerships to achieve sales targets.

Lead customer programs across the full lifecycle from pre-award to closeout. Translate requirements into system concepts with electrical power analysis, manage schedules, risks, requirements, technical reviews, and customer communications. Coordinate engineering, production, operations, and business development; support proposals, PDR/CDR and test/manufacturing readiness, and ensure timely delivery of mission-ready solar module solutions.

Lead development and maintenance of the QMS (AS9100/ISO 9001), define inspection protocols and quality gates, run root-cause analysis and CAPAs, manage supplier quality and audits, own document/control and configuration management, track quality metrics, and train the team on quality practices for space-grade solar hardware.
