Owns and advances PVD and PECVD thin-film deposition processes for space-based solar technologies. Responsibilities include process development, optimization, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and modification, DOE execution, recipe and control development, data analysis, documentation, and production transition. The role requires hands-on work with deposition equipment, vacuum systems, gas delivery, power supplies, targets, chambers, and related manufacturing systems.

The Business Development Manager oversees commercial sales, builds relationships with customers, collaborates cross-functionally, and drives strategic partnerships to achieve sales targets.

Lead customer programs across the full lifecycle from pre-award to closeout. Translate requirements into system concepts with electrical power analysis, manage schedules, risks, requirements, technical reviews, and customer communications. Coordinate engineering, production, operations, and business development; support proposals, PDR/CDR and test/manufacturing readiness, and ensure timely delivery of mission-ready solar module solutions.
