Directs multisite healthcare operations across a regional market, overseeing compliance, facility and vendor issues, human resources, staffing, budgets, revenue, profitability, quality, patient experience, and operational improvements. Leads regional sales strategy and a geographically dispersed team of Account Executives across the western United States. Drives patient volume, physician referral growth, new center launches, employer partnerships, community outreach, and market expansion. Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, sales enablement, relationship development, regional analytics, budget oversight, and collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Center Leadership.

The Vice President, Corporate Controller owns accounting, financial reporting, controllership, close, technical accounting, compliance, revenue integrity, and audit activities across a multisite healthcare organization. The role leads JV and intercompany accounting, acquisition integration, automation, ERP and consolidation improvements, PE-sponsor reporting, internal controls, and development of a scalable accounting team. This executive partners with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to support growth, improve reporting accuracy, shorten close cycles, and strengthen financial infrastructure.
