Leads human resources strategy and operations, serving as a consultant to executive and organizational leaders. Oversees performance management, succession planning, talent assessments, staffing, onboarding, culture and recognition programs, DEI initiatives, HR communications, employee health, workers’ compensation, investigations, policy development, compliance processes, and leadership training. The role also supports field teams and requires regional and national travel.

Leads regional sales strategy and a geographically dispersed team of Account Executives across the western United States. Drives patient volume, physician referral growth, new center launches, employer partnerships, community outreach, and market expansion. Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, sales enablement, relationship development, regional analytics, budget oversight, and collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Center Leadership.

Performs screening and diagnostic mammography, operates X-ray and digital mammography equipment, positions patients accurately, applies radiation safety procedures, educates patients, and assists radiologists with complex examinations and breast biopsies. The lead technologist communicates with patients and clinical teams, maintains patient-focused service, and complies with mammography quality and continuing-education requirements.
