Provides administrative and operational support to the regional sales team throughout the pre-sales and customer onboarding processes. Responsibilities include coordinating trade shows and meetings, managing documentation, samples, deliveries, pricing, quotations, contracts, customer records, and internal setup. The role prepares sales reports and dashboards, supports compliance, maintains CRM/ERP data, and coordinates with Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Care, and other teams to ensure effective sales execution.

Owns strategic Canadian Tier 1 QSR and FSR accounts, driving profitable growth, retention, forecasting, negotiations, and commercialization. Builds executive customer relationships, manages revenue and margins, leads innovation from concept through launch, and coordinates Sales, R&D, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams. The role requires regular travel across Canada and occasional international travel.

Lead end-to-end IT and IS project coordination for a new UK manufacturing facility, covering ERP integration, business applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, manufacturing IT, shopfloor connectivity, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, engineering, and senior stakeholders while managing scope, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, resources, and reporting. The role later transitions to UK IT Applications Project Manager.
