Conduct battery material and cell development experiments at laboratory and production scales. Fabricate separator slurries, characterize electrodes and separators, assemble pellet, coin, and pouch cells, perform electrochemical testing, analyze battery performance data, communicate results, and follow laboratory safety procedures.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President and CEO, including complex calendar management, communications, travel, expenses, meeting preparation, stakeholder coordination, and confidential information handling. Supports the Board of Directors and senior leadership, manages executive initiatives and special projects, coordinates logistics and follow-up, and improves administrative processes and technology. Represents the Office of the CEO with professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced technical and publicly traded company environment.

Develop and optimize solid-state electrolyte materials via synthesis, characterization, and electrochemical testing; improve production processes, document SOPs, follow safety protocols, mentor junior staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements.
