Lead and manage a laboratory team supporting analytical testing for solid-state electrolyte and battery cell pilot lines. Oversee QMS, equipment calibration and maintenance, validation protocols, audits, QA procedures, staffing, safety, data analysis, and cross-functional problem solving to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Provide front-desk coverage and visitor check-in, coordinate meeting and event logistics, support internal communications and employee engagement, assist HR with onboarding and administrative tasks, maintain office supplies and appearance, and ensure confidentiality and site safety. Use Microsoft Office and basic design tools to create materials and communications.

Lead capital equipment acceptance, commissioning, startup, and maintenance for powder production. Develop preventive maintenance, SOPs, spare parts plans, investigate equipment issues, maintain lifecycle documentation and P&IDs, and support safety and process hazard analyses.

The Senior Controls Engineer designs and implements industrial automation systems, collaborates with teams to enhance manufacturing processes, and prepares documentation for control systems, leveraging significant experience in automation and controls engineering.

Support month-end/ year-end close, prepare/review journal entries and reconciliations, maintain general ledger, produce financial reports and variance analyses, assist auditors, ensure GAAP and SOX 404 compliance, monitor balance sheet accounts, support AP/payroll as needed, and drive process improvements.

Assist R&D scientists with cathode material characterization and lab-scale cell builds. Perform measurements (XRD, TGA/DSC, FTIR, PSA), operate furnaces, gloveboxes, and battery testers, follow safety protocols and SOPs, maintain accurate lab records, and keep lab areas organized.

The Quality Engineer I/II supports manufacturing processes by analyzing quality data, improving standard work, and implementing quality tools in a lab and manufacturing environment.

Lead commissioning, qualification, and sustainment of drying and high-temperature crystallization unit operations for electrolyte production. Define process parameters, monitor SCADA and batch data, run root-cause analyses, apply statistical tools, maintain SOPs, and collaborate with equipment, production, and safety teams to ensure yield, quality, and safe, stable production.

Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations including high-volume invoice processing via Esker into SAP, vendor onboarding and master-data maintenance, 1099 and SOX-compliant reporting, month-end close and AP reconciliations, KPI tracking, stakeholder partnership with Procurement and business units, and continuous process and system improvements.

The Process Engineer II will improve the electrode slurry process in battery manufacturing, troubleshoot operations, and implement efficient protocols while working closely with operators.

The Senior Process Development Engineer will develop and scale up new powder processes for electrolyte manufacturing, focusing on particle size control and process safety while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
