Provides interim nursing quality assurance in a California skilled nursing facility. Conducts rounds, monitors resident care, medication and treatment documentation, audits charts and orders, supports staff, manages incidents and emergencies, coordinates admissions and transitions, ensures HIPAA and regulatory compliance, participates in surveys, and supports QAPI, infection control, telehealth, and resident-family communication.

Supervises nursing care in a long-term care community by monitoring resident conditions, treatments, medications, documentation, admissions, transfers, discharges, infection control, and regulatory compliance. Responds to emergencies, supports and coaches nursing staff, coordinates with interdisciplinary teams, assists with assessments and telehealth, protects resident rights, and ensures accurate records and adherence to state, federal, and facility policies.
