Supports corporate business development by managing donor and supporter relationships, coordinating shoe and financial drives, researching prospects, soliciting new donors, maintaining CRM records, preparing reports and presentations, and distributing incoming leads. The role also provides administrative and campaign support to international and U.S. business development teams and requires coordination across multiple stakeholders and systems.

Lead and scale Race4EveryKid and all peer-to-peer/crowdfunding campaigns end-to-end. Drive strategy to reach $1M revenue, recruit and coach participants and corporate teams, secure sponsorships, manage campaign operations and CRM data, analyze performance, and produce post-campaign reporting to optimize growth.
