Lead and scale a team of Implementation Coordinators to deliver client onboarding from intake through go-live. Establish and improve implementation processes, tracking (e.g., Salesforce), capacity planning, performance metrics, playbooks, and quality controls. Recruit, coach, and develop staff, remove blockers, partner cross-functionally, and ensure timely, high-quality implementations and customer satisfaction.

Manage customer implementations of Solera products from project intake to completion, serve as single client contact, document interactions, update CRM, coordinate resources, collect feedback, and ensure timely, quality onboarding.
