Lead plant continuous improvement and PMO efforts: deploy Lean Six Sigma methods (VSM, Kaizen, RCA, 5S, SMED, TPM), coach operations teams, manage CAPEX/OPEX project governance, drive Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives, and reinforce safety and operational discipline to improve throughput, quality, and cost performance.

Manage and grow assigned pulp and paper accounts in the Fernandina Beach region as primary customer contact. Lead account teams, identify growth opportunities, coordinate product trials, monitor treatment program performance, ensure safety and compliance, and achieve sales, gross profit, and product-mix objectives while delivering customer value.

Manage collections of past-due accounts, support the Credit & Collection Team Leader, release time-sensitive blocked orders, perform high-volume collection activities (emails, calls, reminders), and administer credit & collection processes including payment terms, country-specific payment methods, customer portals, and FSCM usage.
