Lead strategic marketing for Light Industry water-management and process-chemistry solutions globally. Define sector priorities, develop value propositions, support M&A and IPO narratives, drive market sizing, VOC/blueprinting, regional strategy activation, and deliver growth initiatives measured by top line, gross profit and EBITDA.

Schedules shipments, manages logistics documentation, coordinates carriers, monitors delivery performance, and oversees plant cycle counting. The role also manages MRP settings, raw-material ordering and vendor relationships, site supplies, training support, safety and environmental compliance activities, and RedZone initiatives. It collaborates with plant personnel, third-party logistics providers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams in an on-site manufacturing environment.
