Leads Solen’s AI Center of Excellence, delivering AI-powered products from concept through general availability across portfolio companies. Defines architectures, selects models and frameworks, establishes engineering standards, and remains hands-on in coding and technical decisions. The role also improves development velocity, coaches engineers, manages technical trade-offs involving security and privacy, and communicates progress and risks to product and business leaders.

Develop and maintain full-stack product features, REST APIs, ERP integrations, and AI document-capture capabilities for NG and SMRTR TRAC. Work with Vue, TypeScript, Node.js, Scala, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB; improve reliability, performance, security, and test coverage. Translate customer and business requirements into software, estimate work, support production go-lives, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and collaborate with engineering, sales, professional services, and customers.

Develop and maintain the 1035YellowPages platform using legacy and modern Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities include full-stack development, database work, web services, defect resolution, performance troubleshooting, client integrations, onboarding, and support escalations. The engineer will own the AI development roadmap, use AI-assisted tools, mentor junior staff, document system knowledge, and independently ship production enhancements in a fully remote, high-autonomy environment.
