Owns multi-entity, multi-currency close and consolidation processes, treasury, technical accounting, tax, audits, internal controls, and stakeholder reporting. The Controller will integrate acquisitions into the ERP and accounting structure, manage FX and lender relationships, ensure international compliance, and lead accounting teams across the U.S. and Portugal. The role also partners with FP&A and finance leadership to scale systems, processes, and reporting across a private-equity-backed software portfolio.

The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business, managing customer relationships, and improving sales processes in aerospace and defense sectors through consultative selling.

Source and screen candidates across corporate functions, build talent pipelines, map regional markets, research salary benchmarks, support international hiring and relocation, contribute to employer branding, maintain ATS records, track pipeline metrics, and collaborate with hiring managers and global People teams.
