Inspects and finishes drywall installations, repairs imperfections and water or mold damage, applies joint compound and tape, sands surfaces, reads blueprints, performs caulking and accessory installation, and assists with framing and restoration work. Collaborates with other trades to deliver high-quality residential and commercial construction projects.

Manage commercial shell construction projects from foundations and slabs through masonry, framing, and structural sign-off. Direct field crews and subcontractors, coordinate schedules and trade sequencing, enforce quality and safety standards, manage inspections, resolve RFIs and change orders, coordinate materials and equipment, and communicate project status to clients, engineers, vendors, and office teams.
