Generates qualified meetings and early-stage opportunities through high-volume, multichannel outbound prospecting. Researches target accounts, engages healthcare decision-makers, conducts discovery, qualifies prospects, communicates Solarity’s value, handles objections, and transitions opportunities to Regional Sales Directors. Maintains accurate CRM data, captures account intelligence, follows up on inbound and event leads, supports account-based marketing, and partners with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting, messaging, and pipeline growth.

Drive new revenue across an assigned territory by managing the full sales cycle, building long-term client and partner relationships, conducting demos, negotiating contracts, meeting pipeline and revenue targets, and coordinating handoffs to implementation teams.

Design and implement full-stack software solutions, act as subject matter expert, mentor engineers, lead design and code reviews, uphold engineering standards, support deployment and maintenance, and evaluate industry tools.

Lead Solarity's marketing function with emphasis on demand generation and pipeline growth. Own strategy and execution across web, email, paid media, content, social, and events; align with sales, manage brand and budget, measure marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue, and build marketing programs and assets to drive measurable revenue.

Develop, test, and review code following department standards. Participate in agile ceremonies, design efforts, and code reviews. Maintain understanding of architecture, processes, and terminology. Collaborate with teammates and attend occasional in-office meetings.
