Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Solaris’s Business KYC product domain. The role requires translating complex corporate structures, UBO identification, screening workflows, and EU AML requirements into compliant product solutions while applying agile practices and responsible AI usage.

Senior People Partner responsible for employee lifecycle operations, HR data integrity, reporting, compliance with German labor law, and strategic advice to business leaders. The role includes coaching managers, supporting talent acquisition during hiring peaks, implementing people initiatives, automating HR workflows with AI, and analyzing workforce metrics. Candidates need 5+ years of HR experience, strong labor compliance knowledge, HRIS and analytics familiarity, English fluency, and Berlin-based availability for office work three to four days weekly.

Own the Credit Risk Tech product domain end to end, including vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery. Collaborate with engineering, credit risk, operations, legal, and product teams to build compliant credit assessments, monitoring, early-warning, and credit-agency integration solutions. Guide agile practices, manage product risks, identify innovative solutions, and ensure products deliver strong business outcomes and customer experiences.
