Support Quality Assurance for Customer Support and Operations by performing quality checks, analyzing results, maintaining and creating training content, suggesting remediation and process improvements, and improving T&Q tool workflows.

Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models for fraud protection, compliance, and AML. Responsibilities include transactional data preparation, feature engineering, model experimentation, batch and online deployment, feature-store development, and automated monitoring for drift and retraining. The role requires collaboration with analytics and infrastructure teams, strong payment and risk-domain expertise, advanced SQL and data-platform skills, software engineering practices, and mentoring capabilities.

Manage operational risk frameworks, assessments, controls, KRIs, loss events, reporting, governance, and audit remediation. Provide independent second-line challenge of AI risk management, oversee corporate insurance, advise stakeholders, support regulatory and auditor interactions, and enhance risk processes and procedures across the organization.
