The Process Engineer will evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, monitor performance, and ensure product quality in a team environment.

Performs electronic failure analysis on products, boards, and systems across manufacturing and development environments. Identifies root causes, leads debugging activities, implements corrective and preventive actions, and uses laboratory equipment and test systems. Collaborates with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to improve product quality, reliability, and continuous improvement processes.

Develop, test, maintain, and support C# .NET applications for automated hardware testing. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, implementation, unit testing, hardware integration, driver and communication protocol development, production issue resolution, failure analysis, and post-release support. The role collaborates closely with hardware teams and uses AI coding assistants in daily development.
