Manages solar project preconstruction from business-development handoff through construction-permit submission. Responsibilities include permitting, site visits, scheduling, design coordination, procurement, subcontractor relationships, client meetings, submittals, budget tracking, risk management, reporting, and technical support for proposals and contract reviews. The role requires leadership, construction and solar expertise, project-controls coordination, and collaboration across engineering, procurement, project management, and business development teams.

The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Management will lead recruiting strategies, optimize processes, and enhance employer branding while ensuring an inclusive hiring experience.

Prepares consolidated financial statements, maintains general ledgers, performs reconciliations and variance analysis, and supports budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, financing transactions, and investor distributions. The role also manages partner capital and equity accounts, prepares reporting packages, monitors financing covenants, and supports project onboarding and regulatory obligations across renewable energy portfolios.
