Outbound-first sales role focused on prospecting and generating qualified meetings/site assessments for field sellers. Manage HubSpot prospecting sequences, provide inside-sales backup during peaks, file and track SRECs, assist with permitting and documentation handoffs, and keep CRM and pipeline data clean while supporting cross-functional sales initiatives.

Serve as first point of contact for O&M helpdesk, monitor solar system performance, troubleshoot and escalate issues, coordinate RMAs, maintain service records, engage customers to generate O&M sales opportunities, and support reporting and documentation.

The Controller oversees all financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance. They optimize financial performance and ensure strategic alignment with company goals.
