Handle inbound customer calls, texts, and emails for solar, battery, and EV projects. Schedule sales and service appointments, provide project and ticket updates, perform basic system troubleshooting, manage warranty claims, maintain CRM and field-service records, document escalations, and follow issues through resolution. The role also identifies service or upgrade opportunities and requires consistent, professional customer communication.

Build and maintain commercial client and partner relationships, develop solar and energy project opportunities, support estimating and proposals, close agreements, coordinate project handoffs, manage Salesforce records, track portfolio growth, and achieve financial goals. The role also supports outreach, presentations, industry events, customer communications, marketing coordination, reporting, and risk mitigation while delivering an excellent client experience.

Manages warehouse, fleet, inventory, tools, procurement support, and material preparation for solar field operations. Responsibilities include receiving and staging deliveries, tracking equipment, conducting inventory counts, inspecting vehicles, coordinating maintenance, preparing jobsite materials, managing returns, and adjusting daily logistics to meet project schedules, safety requirements, and operational needs.
