Provide high-trust executive support to Co-Founders and C-suite: manage complex calendars, communications, travel, meetings, agendas, note-taking, action tracking, and cross-functional coordination while building systems to increase executive productivity.

Own conversion optimization across the patient funnel: design, launch, and analyze experiments in Webflow and Statsig; recruit and interview patients for qualitative insights; collaborate with product, design, data, and channel managers; maintain a prioritized CRO backlog; translate results into actionable recommendations to improve CTRs, booking rates, and show rates.

Lead conversion rate optimization across landing pages, intake flows, and pre-visit touchpoints. Design, run, and analyze experiments in Statsig and Webflow, conduct qualitative user research, collaborate with product/data/design/channel teams, maintain a prioritized CRO backlog, and translate findings into actionable improvements to increase CTRs, booking rates, and show rates.
