Owns direct-response video advertising across YouTube, CTV, and Meta. Responsibilities include developing concepts, directing creative, editing ads and variants, using AI-generated assets, interpreting performance data, ensuring healthcare claims compliance, and managing quality assurance and asset organization. The role focuses on producing high-volume video creative that improves acquisition performance and lowers CPA.

Own the operational infrastructure for partnerships and M&A, including Attio CRM administration, data migration, workflow automation, target mapping, scoring models, pipeline reporting, and repeatable processes. Build trusted systems and insights for corporate development while coordinating with Product, Data, Legal, Growth, and Clinical Operations. Maintain accurate data, improve workflows, track targets, and support partner and acquisition lifecycle execution.

Analyze healthcare operations data to identify bottlenecks, model advocate capacity and supply-demand, build scalable Hex dashboards, refine SQL and dbt data transformations, and translate complex findings into operational recommendations. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Finance to improve workflows, reporting, resource allocation, and business outcomes across the patient and advocate journey.
