Lead day-to-day manufacturing and eCommerce fulfillment in Monterrey for ~100 onsite staff. Own production, custom builds, and shipping KPIs, drive lean/kaizen improvements, run ERP/WMS-driven staffing and reporting, develop supervisors and training, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery for made-to-order wedding products.

Own day-to-day eCommerce site operations on Shopify: manage product catalog, merchandising, landing pages, promotions, QA, reporting, A/B tests, and collaborate with dev and media teams to improve conversion and launch products.

The Content Creator will develop and edit engaging video content for social media platforms, collaborate on marketing concepts, and appear on-camera.
