Lead day-to-day operations of a 100-person production floor, balancing high-volume catalog SKU output and time-sensitive custom wedding builds. Own staffing, coaching, process improvement (kaizen), quality, output vs plan, and cost/labor metrics. Use ERP/WMS and spreadsheets to analyze data, remove process bottlenecks, and develop front-line leaders to meet on-time ship and quality targets.

Own production, custom builds, and shipping KPIs, drive lean/kaizen improvements, run ERP/WMS-driven staffing and reporting, develop supervisors and training, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery for made-to-order wedding products.
