Leads daily operations at a Kolkata manufacturing facility, owning production output, quality, staffing, process improvement, and lead-time performance. Manages and develops supervisors and large teams, anticipates bottlenecks, and applies lean and kaizen methods to reduce waste, increase throughput, and improve unit economics. This is an on-site, hands-on floor leadership role requiring fluent English, data fluency, and manufacturing operations experience.
