Own end-to-end product interface design across agent tools, policyholder experiences, and internal platforms. Partner with product and engineering to create clear user flows, interactions, and scalable design systems. Use research, testing, and product metrics to improve usability, while maintaining strong visual, interaction, accessibility, and responsive design quality. Design prototypes and collaborate closely through implementation.

Develop new insurance agency and distribution partner relationships, manage a territory, support product and state launches, and drive adoption of Sola’s wind and hail insurance products. Responsibilities include business development, partner onboarding, account management, referral generation, sales-system development, conference participation, and ongoing agency check-ins. The role is based in-person in Atlanta and offers autonomy in a startup environment.

Own and grow a book of independent insurance agency partners by improving retention, increasing quotes and written policies, training agents, resolving escalations, maintaining CRM records, and sharing partner feedback. The Account Manager will conduct regular check-ins and agency visits, identify declining engagement, collaborate with underwriting, claims, product, and sales teams, and coach Associate Account Managers. This is an in-person Atlanta role focused on relationship growth rather than support or new-business hunting.
