Manages vegetation-management contractors across Illinois solar projects, including vendor identification, contract negotiations, performance tracking, KPI enforcement, safety and quality oversight, environmental compliance, O&M budget management, cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Coordinates grazing, mowing, herbicide, invasive-species control, and restoration activities with solar O&M teams. Builds relationships with landowners, farmers, communities, officials, and regulators while supporting ecological initiatives and mitigating vegetation-related operational risks.

The Project Controls role involves analyzing contractor schedules, managing budgets, advising project teams on forecasts, and generating scenario reports to support project management efforts.

Lead company-wide utility-scale battery energy storage strategy across commercial, technical, development, and market functions. Identify and structure revenue opportunities, support projects from origination through NTP, advise on technology and system design, evaluate market dynamics, develop new commercial products, and represent the company externally while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Manage utility-scale solar, storage, and hybrid projects through RTO/utility interconnection processes. Prepare and maintain interconnection applications and technical packages, coordinate with utilities/RTOs and external consultants, lead GIA negotiations, evaluate interconnection studies for technical and commercial risk, support M&A diligence, and represent the company in stakeholder meetings and market intelligence efforts.

Lead Sol Systems' legal function as General Counsel reporting to the CEO: manage external counsel and in-house legal team, support complex M&A, corporate and financing transactions, handle disputes, and advise across infrastructure development, financing, construction, operations, asset management, and environmental commodities.

The Scheduling Associate will build and analyze project schedules, track progress, identify risks, and manage scheduling for solar projects. The role collaborates with Project Developers and subject matter experts to ensure project milestones are met.

Lead development and execution of Sol Systems' marketing and communications strategy, producing written and visual content using AI and design tools, managing website, social media, PR, and digital assets, and planning and executing conferences and events. Oversee brand messaging, pursue thought leadership opportunities, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and daily administrative tasks.
